Our History
Jeromaski Farms was established as a backyard poutry with 50 birds and as a business name in 1990, but expanded into distribution of ECWA feeds and day-old chicks (D.O.C) in the year 2000.
It grew to a Limited Liability Company under the name Jeromaski Farms and Haulage Company Ltd and was later incorporated in Nigeria on 8May 2012 at the corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, reverting to the name Jeromaski Farms Ltd with registration Number 1031351 and a fully paid up share capital of 1 million ordinary shares.
As the company continued to grow, the paid-up share capital was increased to 10 million fully paid up shares in 2017 and the truck farm capacity increased to 15 articulated trucks and poultry farm capacity increased to 250,000 birds.
The Farm is located at Kapam Village of Chikun Local government Area, Kaduna State, Nigeria..
